Rules of personal data processing for our WhatsApp Business application
This policy describes how we process your personal data when you communicate with us through our WhatsApp application and related customer support services of SkillZone gaming clubs. The processing complies with all GDPR requirements.

2. Scope of Processed Data
During communication via WhatsApp, we only process data that you voluntarily provide to us or that is necessary for establishing connection:
- Phone Number: Your mobile number used to send the message.
- Profile Name: The name or alias configured in your WhatsApp profile.
- Message Content: The text of messages, inquiries, feedback.
- Attachments: Images, screenshots, documents, or other media files you send us (e.g. to report a bug, make a reservation, etc.).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data based on the following legal grounds:
Providing Customer Support (Legitimate Interest)
Answering questions, resolving technical problems, directing to branches, and general communication regarding gaming operations.
Fulfilling Reservations (Performance of a Contract)
Processing requests for booking the private Bootcamp, events, tournaments, or hardware rentals.
4. Data Recipients
Only authorized SkillZone staff (managers and branch operators) and our technical processor have access to your data:

- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
Chat histories are stored for the period necessary to resolve your requests, typically for a maximum of 1 year from the last message, unless longer retention is required by laws (e.g. accounting requirements for paid bookings).
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
As a data subject, you have full control over how your data is handled:
- Right to access your personal data and get a copy of your chat history.
- Right to rectify incorrect or outdated data.
- Right to erase (right to be forgotten) — simply message us on WhatsApp or write to our email and we will permanently delete your chat history from our interfaces.
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
